Legate Tomatis

Unlike the pirates/privateers who had to salvage, craft and repurpose a lot of scavenged materials in the terraformed apocalypse, the Scorpius Empire has preserved a lot of their smart bullet and plasma weaponry as well as their state-of-art technology before taking control when the world collapsed.

This antagonist will serve as one of the privateers' greatest adversaries to fight and overthrow. He must look the part and be geared for a real fight.

Lol I'm heavily inspired by most of the pimp-looking villains in games like Hoyt Volker (Far Cry 3), Pagan Min (Far Cry 4), Amos Voll (Ready or Not) and the Far Zenith enemies from Horizon: Forbidden West.
